  • SaaS Subscription: Contact [email protected]. Self-service cancellation not available. Takes effect at end of billing period.

  • Support Add-On: Cannot cancel during 12-month commitment. After that, 30 days written notice required.

7. Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support.

8. Cancellation
