1. Services

Solender Media provides a cloud-based business management platform including CRM, marketing automation, funnel building, calendar scheduling, email and SMS tools, and related features. Features depend on your subscription plan.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer Standard, Professional, and Premium tiers with different features, contact limits, and credits.

  • Monthly Plans: Billed recurring monthly on your signup date.

  • Annual Plans: Billed as a single 12-month payment at a discounted rate.

All prices in USD.

3. Monthly Support Add-On

Available at $250/month as an add-on to any plan.

12-Month Commitment: You agree to pay $250/month for a minimum of 12 consecutive months. Early cancellation is not permitted during this period.

  • Auto-Renewal: Renews month-to-month after 12 months unless cancelled with 30 days notice.

  • Scope: Configuration help, troubleshooting, and guidance. Does not include custom development unless separately agreed.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments processed through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for subscriptions and add-ons.

  • Failed Payments: We will retry. Continued failure may result in account suspension.

  • Credits: Monthly credits don't roll over. Usage beyond credits is billed through your wallet.

  • Wallet: Covers usage-based charges. You're responsible for keeping it funded.

5. Refund Policy

Monthly: No refunds for partial months. Access continues until end of billing period. Annual: Non-refundable. Access continues until end of 12-month term. Support Add-On: Non-refundable during commitment. Custom Setup: Non-refundable once work commences.

6. Account Suspension

We may suspend access for: failed payments, terms violations, or fraudulent activity. Contact [email protected] to retrieve data before removal.

7. Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support.

8. Cancellation

  • SaaS Subscription: Contact [email protected]. Self-service cancellation not available. Takes effect at end of billing period.

  • Support Add-On: Cannot cancel during 12-month commitment. After that, 30 days written notice required.

9. Acceptable Use

Do not use the platform to: send spam, engage in illegal activities, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, resell access without consent, or impair our services.

10. Intellectual Property

The platform is our intellectual property. Your subscription grants limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable use. Content you create remains yours.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Total liability capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via platform notice or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
