Solender Media provides a cloud-based business management platform that includes CRM, marketing automation, funnel building, calendar scheduling, email and SMS communication tools, and related features. The specific features available to you depend on the subscription plan you purchase.
We offer multiple subscription tiers (Standard, Professional, and Premium) with different features, contact limits, and complimentary usage credits. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Our Monthly Support service is available as an add-on to any subscription plan at $250 per month.
12-Month Commitment: By purchasing this add-on, you agree to pay $250 per month for a minimum of 12 consecutive months. You may not cancel the Monthly Support add-on during the initial 12-month commitment period.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for your subscription fees and any applicable add-ons on a recurring basis.
Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Upon cancellation or suspension, your sub-account data may be retained for a limited period. Contact us at [email protected] if you need to retrieve your data before it is removed.
You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Downgrades are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] to request a downgrade. Feature access will be adjusted to reflect the new plan upon the next billing cycle.

The platform, its features, design, and content are the intellectual property of Solender Media and its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business purposes during your active subscription.
Any content you create or upload to the platform (contacts, funnels, workflows, etc.) remains your property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solender Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our platform or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
